FuransuParis delivers throughout Europe, and you can track your order at any time. The delivery price of your order is calculated at the time of payment.

FuransuParis is committed to providing quality products. If you are not satisfied with our products, we will exchange them or refund you in euros. Our policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since receiving the order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To make a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. To return an item, you must present the receipt or proof of purchase.
Possible Refunds Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your request. If the request is approved, the refund in euros will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.
Delays or Non-Receipt of Refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received your refund in euros, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund in euros is officially registered. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund in euros is registered. If, after following all these steps, you still have not received your refund in euros, please contact us via the contact section.
Sale Items (if applicable) Only regular-priced items can be refunded in euros. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded in euros.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace an item in euros if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same in euros, please send us a message via the contact section and return your item to the following address:

You are responsible for the shipping costs in euros to return your item. Shipping costs in euros are not refundable. If you receive a refund in euros, the return shipping costs in euros will be deducted from your refund in euros. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged item in euros may vary. If you are shipping an item over 75 €, you should consider using a trackable shipping service in euros or purchasing shipping insurance in euros. We do not guarantee the receipt of the item you are returning in euros.
