FuransuParis delivers worldwide, and you can track your order at any time. The price for delivery of your order is calculated at the time of payment.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you indicated at the time of ordering.

RETURNS :
FuransuParis is committed to providing quality products. If you are not satisfied with our products, we will exchange them or refund your money. Our policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have elapsed since receipt of the order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To make a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in its original packaging. To return an item, you must present your receipt or proof of purchase.
Possible refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of our decision to authorize or refuse your request. If the request is authorized, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or non-receipt of refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially recorded. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is registered. If, after following all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us via the contact section.
Items on sale (if applicable)
Only full-price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange (if applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same one, please send us a message via the contact section and return your item to us at the following address:

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive an exchanged item may vary. If you are sending an item worth more than €75, we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
